About Us
As a seasoned training professional at Pace Consulting, my role involves facilitating the training and certification of employees to become proficient commercial drivers. With nearly a decade of experience as an Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) commercial driver trainer, I bring a wealth of expertise. I have not only instructed at diverse CDL schools but have also provided hands-on training directly on the equipment that drivers will actively operate.
I distinguish myself as a non-traditional CDL school by offering a unique approach. I embark on travels to diverse locations, delivering on-site, personalized, and high-quality Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) that adheres to the latest regulations and standards. My services extend beyond conventional training, encompassing driver evaluations, pre-employment road tests, supplementary driver training, and the training of driver trainers. With proficiency in handling diverse transmissions, vehicles, and endorsements, I bring a breadth of experience. It's worth noting that I hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card, underscoring my commitment to professional excellence.
I commenced my professional journey as a Class A CDL trainer, progressively advancing to the esteemed role of CDL school administrator. Throughout this trajectory, I took on the responsibility of crafting comprehensive curricula and successfully trained students to excel in their vehicle inspection, backing, and behind-the-wheel tests. My fervor for teaching is paralleled by my unwavering commitment to instilling a culture of safety and compliance within the transportation industry. Demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and effective communication, I seamlessly collaborate with diverse clients, navigate varied equipment, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
